2. APPOINTMENT BOOKING

The booking system is provided as a convenience for customers. All online appointments are subject to confirmation by us. We make reasonable efforts to fulfill your requested slot; however, all online bookings are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that your requested slot will be available. If your selection is not available, we will offer you alternative options.

3. CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in a cancellation fee.

4. SERVICE INFORMATION

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information on our platform, the services and prices listed may occasionally be incorrect. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or omissions at any time without prior notice. The inclusion of any services on our platform at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these services will be available at any time.

5. PAYMENT

Payment is expected immediately upon completion of work while the technician is still at your unit. If you know you will not be present, the team member will ask you for your credit card information to be kept on file for security reasons. Your card will only be used with your approval. Your card information will be destroyed appropriately once the job is done and payment is received. If you are uncomfortable with the above, kindly inform the team member in contact, and you will be offered alternatives if applicable.

6. LIABILITY

Our liability to you in relation to your use of our online booking system is limited as set out in our terms of service. We are not responsible for any loss or damages that you may suffer as a result of using the online booking system.

7. CHANGES TO THE DISCLAIMER

We reserve the right to amend this Disclaimer at any time, and your continued use of the online booking system following any amendments will represent your acceptance of the new terms.
